Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. We typically ship orders within 1-2 days.

7K1 Cuisine and Wellness cannot be held liable for conﬁrmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been conﬁrmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post ofﬁce to inquire further.

We offer free shipping for orders of $30 or more (use 'Free Shipping') at checkout

If you have not received your order after 45 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

SPECIAL LOCATIONS

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver.
Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
